I featured this eyeliner as one of my Sunday dreaming items a couple of weeks ago. I use Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes 0L (Mat Black) as my daily go-to for tightlining, and I've been dying to try the (somewhat) newly-released Matte Brown as a softer alternative.
For those who aren't familiar, Make Up For Ever's Aqua Eyes eyeliners are the gold standard for waterproof eyeliners. These bad boys don't budge unless you use eye makeup remover. For those of us who start our days doing makeup way before 8am, they're a godsend.
Make Up For Ever #25L is "dark chocolate brown" and was first released in Summer 2013. It appears to be a permanent addition to the line, and retails for $19 exclusively at Sephora.
It has the normal tip, and is a beautiful dark brown:
Let's look at a couple of swatches:

Swatched and on the eye, it's a rich milk chocolate rather than a dark mocha. I've found it to work beautifully with a brown smokey eye or as an accent to gold polish. Although black eyeliner makes my blue eyes pop, this is a perfect alternative for days I want to go for a more natural look.
Bottom Line: I highly recommend purchasing this for your eyeliner wardobe.

Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes Lagoon Green #52L
It occurred to me that I haven't talked about an eyeliner in quite awhile, and eyeliner is one of my most frequent purchases. I've been rather distracted by lipsticks and eyeshadow, but there's no quicker way to liven up a look than with a colored eyeliner.
This is Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes #52L- Lagoon Green:
This was a limited edition release from MUFE's Summer 2013 collection which is still readily available (unlike the Aqua Creams). I haven't seen anything indicating that this has become a permanent color, but it's still in stock.
This is a metallic eyeliner, somewhere in the green-teal family.
A couple of swatches:
Outside, in indirect light:
Inside, with flash:
I love this color, partially because MUFE doesn't do that many metallic Aqua Eyes- but when they do, they're near perfection, like Lagoon Green.
In terms of wear time, these last 18+ hours and require makeup remover to wipe off at the end of the day. They're waterproof and budgeproof.
Bottom Line: I love this color. Although I have a plethora of teal eyeliners in my stash, the MUFE Aqua Eyes formula and the benefits it holds make this a favorite.
Pricing/Availability: $18 (LE from Summer 2013), exclusively at Sephora.

Deserted Island Favorites: Make Up For Ever Lip Line Perfector
Like the product itself, this post is going to somewhat understated but efficient. Deserted Island Favorite #3 is the overlooked Make Up For Ever Lip Line Perfector.
This product is the best thing to happen to lipstick since... lipstick itself! Have problems with feathering and bleeding? Hate having to match your lipliner and lipstick? It's not a thought with MUFE's Lip Line Perfector.
Although it's not the only product on the market, I've found this clear lipliner to be the best that I've tested.
Bottom Line: Love it, must have it in my bag at all times.
Price: $19
Availability: Sephora.
