NOTD: Essie Parka Perfect
Today's NOTD is Essie Parka Perfect, from the Holiday 2013 collection. This lovely greyed light blue has some very fine silver glitter which is almost invisible on the nail but adds a sheen.
This was my only selection from Essie's holiday collection.
