Both of the shades have a pearly shine to them, the real heart of this collection. Rouge Moire somehow manages to be muted and shiny at the same time.
Rouge Moire looks almost backlit with flash (see above). It's more muted on the nails. Here it is inside:
For those wondering, Rouge Moire is both deeper and more muted than Rouge Carat.
As always, the best representation of this polish is outside, in indirect sun:
Chanel has been releasing quite a few reds this year- I find Rouge Moire unique enough that it's a must- have.
