NOTD: Butter London Pitter Patter
Today's NOTD might seem to be similar to one I featured a few days ago at first glance. However, today's NOTD- Butter London Pitter Patter- is far superior to HRH.
Pitter Patter (also known as Prince's Plums) is darker and moodier than HRH. More importantly, the formula behaves, unlike HRH. This is two coats, no topcoat.
