NOTD: Butter London Victoriana
Today's NOTD swings from one extreme to the other. Whereas Chanel Rose Confidentiel was classy, Butter London Victoriana is funky and fun. Beauty is amazing, because one person can have it all- and colors can change your outlook on a day.
