NOTD: Julep Winter
Today's NOTD is another selection from the November 2013 Julep collection. Winter is a unique color in my collection. This is an almost blue-grey but with some yellow undertones. It's hard to explain unless you see the bottle in person. This is more yellow than Zoya Dove. I would've liked to have contrasted this with Deborah Lippmann Chasing Pavements- but I don't have it.
