NOTD: Illamasqua Scarce
Over the next few days, I'm going to be showing you some of the most
unique polishes I own. Normally I'm not a big glitter woman, but this
collection just works for me. These were all limited edition from
Spring 2013.
Today's polish is Illamasqua Scarce, a salmon pink creme which is opaque after 3 coats with multiple sizes of black glitter. It's shockingly neutral.
