NOTD: Wet 'n Wild I Need a Refresh-Mint

Today's NOTD is one of my favorite drugstore polishes of all time.

Wet 'n Wild I Need a Refresh-Mint is bright and cheery- and Tiffany blue.

Two coats, no topcoat.
